"Our custom 28 day trip through Spain and Portugal was amazing. We were not looking for a cookie-cutter trip and our travel specialist hit it out of the ballpark. Everything was first class all the way. Our specialist listened to what we wanted and worked with us to meet our expectations. Her personal experiences lead us off the beaten path to some hidden gems. She followed up on every detail, contacting hotels, transportation, and tour services to ensure things would run smoothly. ( hotels knew her and remarked that the follow-up was not common with other tour directors.) Our specialist was constantly emailing us confirmations and reminders which was very helpful.
Every guide she arranged was friendly, open, and knowledgeable. The food tours were awesome and made us comfortable ordering in Tapas and Pintxos Bars, which could have been a bit intimidating without the introduction. (we do not speak Spanish or Portuguese). Food is so much of culture and we really enjoyed tasting the variety, and of course the wine!
